After the Workshop the IEEE Conference Proceedings will be published
and electronic version of full papers will be also available on-line in
IEEE Xplore (www.ieee.org/ieeexplore). All contributed presentations should
be prepared and presented in English. Estimated time for one presentation is
15 minutes and 40 minutes for invited papers.
